Football enjoys a successful return to Booborowie |
The Mundunnie Hill Dunnies enjoyed their first ever home match at Booborowie |
A crowd of over 500 people, enjoyed a terrific display of community football at Booborowie.
Despite difficult weather, the crowd was treated to some wonderful football,
varying from an under 13's exhibition match between the BBH Rams and the
BSR Tigers, alongside a women's match and two hard fought mens matches. BFLA president Michael Butterick was thrilled with the day and spoke of how the league has been happy to work alongside the Booborowie community to raise valuable funds for the local sporting grounds. Full match results are available on the news page. Backyard Football League Australia are always willing to work with local communities and we are looking to expand the concept across South Australia and in to Victoria. |
